Sorry if this is tmi but for the past 2 days I've had extremely loose watery diarrhea which I've heard happens before labor. I'm 38 weeks but then today I'm just so constipated. With this pregnancy I've gone atleast 4 times a day everyday and today nothing can make me go. Is that anything to do with labor? I've also had horrible back pain all day that feels like someone stabbing me in the spine with a knife but I've been very active today. Also feel pelvic pressure here and there.
